I have 20-plus years of experience in London marketing agencies, working with a range of clients across numerous channels and media.

Admin was a large part of my role, from the financial management of accounts, to diary and logistics planning across multiple clients, agencies, and colleagues; and evolving and improving ways of working, procedures, and processes, along with managing and developing an array of documents and presentations across a range of programs.

Editing and proofreading client and internal agency collateral, and researching and compiling content across a range of communications (newsletters, annual reports and loyalty communications), was also part of my day-to-day role.

The skill set I honed in my marketing agency career has led me down two overlapping freelance paths. Utilising my project management acumen and organisational skills to support individuals and small businesses as a Virtual Assistant, and providing meticulous editing and proofreading services.

I have worked with entrepreneurs from the property management and health and fitness industries, handling everything from operations and project management to personal assistance.

As well as editing and proofreading a range of books, one of which, a career coaching book, was written by an award-winning career and life coach, speaker, author, and podcaster.

I have also worked on numerous on and offline pieces of business content (presentations, websites, sales toolkits, apps, blogs, emails, and landing pages) for clients Worldwide.
